I’m Colette, a creative founder based in Austin, Texas. My work lives at the intersection of food, fashion, and storytelling. Here, you’ll find the many layers of my creative world, gathered under one roof.
At 24, I founded Cultured Grazing Company — a luxury cheese and charcuterie service that provided artful, abundant grazing boards and tables in Austin, Texas. What began as a food-forward side project quickly grew into a full-time business by 2020, working with brands like Bumble, Free People, Apple, Sézane, and more. Each table was designed as an experience: elegant, tactile, and meant to bring people together in beautiful ways.
As I evolved, so did the brand. In 2023, Cultured Grazing Company expanded into Cultured Creative Studios, allowing space for a broader range of creative work — including food styling, recipe development, creative direction, visual production, and consulting for brands and founders. By 2024, I stepped away from catering, shifting my focus fully into content creation and creative production across the food and fashion industries.
Most recently, I launched Heirloom, my Substack and editorial home for seasonal inspiration, personal essays, style, food, and reflections on creative life. It’s where all of my worlds come together. Slower, more intentional, and rooted in the belief that the way we live, gather, and create can be both beautiful and meaningful.
